MORTGAGE BROKERS

The traditional role of a mortgage broker is to bring lenders and borrowers together. When the borrower finds a loan arrangement they are comfortable with, they will take out a mortgage to finance their home. Important to note is that mortgage brokers do not use their own money to fund the mortgages, their role is primarily to guide borrowers toward the best (or most profitable) deal.

It’s for this reason that mortgage brokers may not steer you toward the best loan (of the best Mortgage Payments and Rates). They tend to steer you toward the one that makes them the most money, so their opinion is skewed. Once a loan is finalized, the broker also gets a cut of the mortgage for connecting you with the lender.

What if there was a way YOU could get paid the cut usually paid to the broker? Loan Home makes this possible with their innovative mortgage system. Fill out our free contact form, to find out more.
